Alt. Rewards Program
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR ALT. REWARDS PROGRAM CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Alt. Rewards Program. Alt. Pizza reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the Alt. Rewards Program and/or these Terms of Use or any policy or guideline pertaining to Alt. Pizza at any time and in its sole discretion.
Alt. Rewards Program Overview
ENROLL
To enrol in Alt. Rewards program and receive program benefits, you will first need to register in store, online or via Alt. Mobile app. The registration process may require that you provide certain personal information including: name, email address, phone number, password and optional information (e.g. birthday, gender, nationality)
EARN POINTS
Alt. Rewards Points are determined based on the amount you spend at Alt. Pizza. For every dollar spent, Rewards Members will earn 1 Alt. Reward Point. For example, if Member spends $35, he/she will receive 35 Alt. Rewards Points. There may be limited time promotions when Alt. Pizza may offer bonus points on featured products and/or services.
To receive Alt. Rewards Points for Dine-In, Member must notify Alt. Pizza Staff of their Rewards information (email address or phone number on the account) prior to making payment. To receive Alt. Rewards Points for Takeaway, Member must sign-in on the Alt. Pizza Mobile App or through orders.altpizza.com.sg. No Alt. Rewards Point is awarded for orders mase through third-party delivery services (e.g. Grabfood, Deliveroo, Foodpanda).
Alt. Rewards Points will only be valid for six months after the most recent transaction. Alt Rewards Points validity period will be refreshed with every transaction. Unfortunately, Alt. Rewards, Points will not be awarded retroactively.
REDEEM POINTS
Alt. Rewards Points can be redeemed to offset any dine-in and takeaway orders. The current conversation rate is 10 Alt. Rewards Points can be redeemed for 1 dollar off your order. Alt. Rewards Points must be used in multiples of 10. For example, if Member has 68 Alt. Rewards Points, she can redeem up to $6 off her order. There may be limited time promotions when Alt. Pizza may offer bonus redemptions on featured products and/or services.
WELCOME VOUCHER
By successfully enrolling in the Alt. Rewards Program, you will automatically receive a one-time Welcome Voucher for use on your next order. Please refer to Member Account Details for Welcome Voucher value and its expiration date. Welcome Voucher redemption is subjected to a minimum spend value. Welcome Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer, unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, Welcome Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively.
BIRTHDAY REWARD
Your complimentary Birthday Reward Voucher will be automatically loaded onto your account 2 days before your actual birthdate after you are entered into the Alt Rewards Program. Please refer to Member Account Details for Birthday Voucher value and its expiration date (typically only valid for 1 month after the Birthday Reward Voucher is issued to your account). Birthday Voucher redemption is subjected to a minimum spend valus. Birthday Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer, unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately,, Birthday Voucher cannot be applied retroactively.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
Additional personalized offers, promotions and event invitations may be distributed by email, SMS or Alt. Pizza Mobile app, so you must opt-in to receive such promotional and offers from Alt. Pizza.
MISCELLANEOUS — Alt. Rewards Benefits (Points, Vouchers, Other) are loaded electronically to your Rewards account. You can view and track your available rewards on the Alt. Pizza Mobile App.
Unless otherwise stated, only one Voucher may be redeemed with each transaction. This means that you cannot use more than one Voucher in the same transaction.
There are no membership fees associated with Alt. Rewards Program. Alt. Rewards Points, Vouchers or other Rewards benefits in the Alt. Rewards Program are for promotional purposes only and have no cash value. They may not be exchanged for cash.
Alt. Pizza reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in Alt. Rewards Program if Alt. Pizza determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Alt. Pizza also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for Alt. Rewards Program any Member that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. “Inactive” is defined as having no purchase activity.
Alt. Pizza reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the Alt. Rewards Program at any time and in its sole discretion by posting the revisions to www.altpizza.com.sg without giving any specific notice to you.
